• Led a full cloud migration from Digital Ocean to AWS: databases moved to RDS, storage to S3, containerized apps to EKS, and images to ECR with zero data loss, minimal downtime, and 20% infrastructure cost savings.
• Integrated machine learning models for scoliosis severity prediction (Keras, TensorFlow, Django) directly into the product, helping doctors and clinicians make better-informed decisions.
• Built native multilingual support across the entire platform using i18n with TypeScript and ReactJS. This opened the door to non-English markets like Brazil, Spain and Italy and more than doubled our user base.
• Unified our AI model workflow by aligning our research and production pipelines, eliminating algorithm inconsistencies, and improving model inference stability.
• Ported our mobile app from Objective-C to Swift with full compatibility for new 3D scanners, resulting in better performance and a 50% increase in successful scans.
• Led HIPAA and PIPEDA-aligned security and privacy implementation, including platform-wide MFA, admin 2FA, and access-control safeguards for sensitive health data.
• Co-led preparation and submission of Health Canada MDEL application, supporting regulatory readiness and commercialization.
• I also fix high impact bugs ad hoc, run frequent customer interviews and contribute to our business and product strategy.
